Give Yourself a Break


Emotional downtime, like sleep, is vital to our mental and emotional well-being.  Part of the liberal strategy is to use our passionate anger and objection to keep us negatively engaged; so our brains don't get much-needed downtime.  News, social media, streaming entertainment, advertisements, now even our grocery labels are becoming saturated with a narrative intended to keep us pissed off.


When I'm angry, it's hard to focus on anything but the subject of my irritation.  I am not the best version of myself at my job, with my friends, and with my family.  By keeping us negatively engaged, the Left is keeping us off our game.  Ask yourself how often you have felt optimistic, hopeful, content, or generally positive in the past year?  They have found a slow drip torture technique that is working - a milder but more devious technique akin to sleep deprivation.  


Tomorrow is Easter Sunday.  Please... for the sake of your mental health and the sake of our cause... put the phone down, go to church, enjoy your family, and don't turn on the television.  Give your brain the gift of emotional downtime.  Lord knows we all need it.
